Your account — password, PIN, My Rate, My Schedule, Mobile App

Your personal menu is where the things that belong to you live — not to the practice: your password and PIN, your commission, your working hours. Everyone has it, whatever their role.

Opening it

At the bottom of the sidebar is a box with a small badge (the first two letters of your first name), your first name and your email. Click it. The menu has:

A red number on that badge means there is news about your schedule. The same number sits next to My Schedule in the menu.

The account window

The window is titled Settings and has four tabs down the left: Security, My Rate, My Schedule and Mobile App.

Security — password and PIN

Two cards side by side.

Change Password

  1. Type your Current Password.
  2. Type the New Password. The box itself only insists on 6 characters, but SightHub then applies the real rules: at least 10 characters, no username inside, nothing easy to guess.
  3. Type it again in Confirm New Password. If the two do not match you see Passwords do not match.
  4. Press Update Password.

You see Password changed successfully. If your current password was wrong, or the new one breaks a rule, you only see Failed to change password — the reason is not shown, so check the password against the rules above.

Change Express Login — the PIN used on the sign-in screen's Express Login box.

  1. Type your Current Password. With the box empty the button does nothing.
  2. Press Update Express Login.

You do not choose the PIN — SightHub makes up a new one and shows it in a blue box: Your Express Pass — write it down. Note it straight away; once you close the window it is not shown again.

Below the two cards is Two-factor sign-in — turning on the code from your phone, recovery codes and remembered browsers. It has its own page: Two-factor sign-in.

How the password and the PIN are used at the door is in Signing in.

My Rate — your own commission

My Rate is your personal slice of the commission report: what you earned, and no one else.

  1. Pick the dates. Either type a Start Date and End Date and press Search, or press one of the quick buttons — they fill in the dates and search straight away:
    • Current Pay Period — the last 14 days, up to today.
    • Prior Pay Period — the 14 days before that (28 to 15 days ago).
    • MTD — from the 1st of this month to today.
    • YTD — from 1 January to today.
  2. Read the result. The top shows your Commission for the period and the Rate it was worked out at. Under it, every invoice you sold is a card with its items (Item, Amount ($)) and the Invoice Total.

Clear empties the dates and the result. No data means nothing was sold under your name in that period.

The two pay-period buttons are simply "the last two weeks" and "the two weeks before". If your practice pays on fixed dates, type those dates in yourself.

The practice-wide version, with every seller, is the Commission report — see Sales reports.

My Schedule — when you work

My Schedule shows the working hours your manager has set for you. You can look but not change anything here — changes are made by a manager in Employees.

In Day and Week view, each day is a card with:

In Month view you get a calendar. Today is shaded blue, each working day shows its hours, and holidays are marked Holiday.

When you open this tab, the red number on the badge is checked again.

Mobile App — the patient app QR code

Download the SightHub app shows a QR code for the SightHub app that patients install on their phones.

The screen suggests printing the code for the reception desk. There is no print button on the tab — use your browser's print, or save a screenshot.
